Island Key Computer provides excellent Pre-Sales and post-sales support to all our customers for all the products we carry. Our Pre-Sales support includes product identification, selection, and evaluation to enable a successful Proof of concept to ensure an excellent procurement experience, from purchase to environmentally successful disposal of the Asset. Our post-sales services ensure that the product operates as per the manufacturer’s standards during the warranty period or to the desired- length of use by the customer.
Our team of manufacturer-certified technicians specializes in complete hardware support, service, and repair to maintain your equipment running to the manufacturer’s standards at all times during the warranty period. This service is provided to you at no cost for all products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty irrespective of where the product was purchased from.
If you have systems that are performing optimally but are not under warranty, we offer extremely competitive rates for repair of these products that are not under warranty coverage. We can convert these non-warranty products to post warranty to provide peace of mind or offer time and material charges for these products. We will however ensure that the products are maintained in the best possible working condition.
We provide proactive support or reactive support to its customers using either Island Key Computer branded services or selling manufacturer branded services. The service provided will however ensure that the customers SLA requirements are met so that they can concentrate on their business objectives.
We offer collaborative support packages that will ensure that support to the customer is provided from one technical support source to avoid playing the “blame game” in heterogeneous environments. Virtualized environments are an excellent example where the hardware, firmware level, software version compatibility with firmware can all be handled from one technical support source. We will assist the customers in identifying and providing these services.
In most cases, products under warranty are repaired at no cost to the end user. We will work with senior system engineers to resolve complex problems quickly and provide a web-based service desk to centralize all support requests and provide full custom reporting.
We are manufacturer authorized to provide on-site services and will repair your products to the manufacturer’s standards, if under warranty. Our experts will ensure that hardware issues have the least possible impact on your productivity.

Managed Print Services
Let Island Key Computer streamline your print-related processes and reduce operational overhead with adjustable pricing and flexible service options. Our cost-per-page program applies to networked, color, or monochrome printers that utilize our print management software. Our solutions allow our clients to utilize printing and imaging resources under one simple short-term or long-term “master” service agreement that charges for only the number of pages you print. The program includes all toner and service maintenance and allows the client to upgrade or add any additional products in the future.
This program also offers the customers a no-touch solution: you provide power and space, and we will design, configure, install, and support your imaging solutions like no other. We will review low toner alerts and courier you the appropriate toners as needed. We monitor error messages and dispatch our trained technicians immediately if required.
End of Life Recycling Services
Island Key Computer provides easy end-of-life services for your company. Island Key Computer can work with you to decommission and recycle or repurpose Servers, Storage, Desktop, and more, making dealing with end-of-life products much simpler.
HOW DOES ISLAND KEY COMPUTER DO THIS?
- We disassemble safely and recycle according to the status of the machines in collaboration with the customers.
- If the customer decides to donate to non-profit organizations, Island Key Computer will work with the customer to securely wipe the data and re-outfit the machines for use.
- If the machines have no salvage value, Island Key Computer will recycle the machines in a manner consistent with BC environmental standards.
- All hard drives or data storage devices will be destroyed by using an industrial strength degausser or by shredding.
